Terms & Conditions

Boarding fees

Full payment is required upon the date of departure. Payment must be made in cash or bank transfer.

Boarding fees are charged per calendar day including date of arrival and date of departure.

Any extra fees such as worm/flea treatment or veterinary charges must be payable upon collection.

Cancellation Policy

Bromley View requires 14 days notice upon cancelling your cat’s stay. Cancellation charges will be applied (50% of each calendar day) if you cancel with in the 14 day period.

Failure to fulfil your reservation on dates booked will result in the whole reservation being cancelled and full boarding fee being charged.

 

Vaccinations

Please bring your cats vaccination card upon arrival (we will take a photocopy of this for our records).

Our guests must be up to date with their annual booster (this must be administrated 7 days prior to boarding and no longer than 1 year before booking period).

Our guests should be fully vaccinated against feline flu (Feline Influenza). This must be administrated at least 2 weeks prior to boarding and no longer than 1 year before before the booking period.

Bromley View have reserve the right to refuse boarding to any cat who has not been vaccinated against feline flu or failure to show vaccination record.

Worm/Flea Treatment

All guests must be up to date with worm and flea treatments.

If we find that your cat develops fleas and/or worms during their stay, we will administer appropriate treatment. The cost of the will be added to your final invoice. 

Each Treatment costs £15

Medical History

Bromley View must be made aware of your cats medical history, this includes any current medical conditions, special dietary requirements or medications your cat requires.

We provide a variety of foods, but should your cat require any special dietary needs please bring this with you upon arrival and ensure there is enough to last their whole stay.

Should your cat require medication please bring this with you upon arrival and ensure there is enough to last there whole stay.

No cats suffering from or suspected to be suffering from any infectious or contagious diseases will be accepted to stay.

Veterinary Treatment

Any guests requiring medical treatment during their stay will be seen by a vet immediately at Pool House Veterinary Hospital Lichfield. 

Owners will be responsible for all veterinary bills.

Bromley View insurance will only cover veterinary bills should Bromley View be held responsible for any injury/loss/illness.

Arrival

Upon arrival Bromley View reserve the right to refuse boarding to any cat unfit for boarding.

All guests need to arrive in a suitable carry carriage, to avoid being spooked in new surroundings.

Please arrive during opening hours (daily opening hours Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 11:00am , 14:00pm - 16:00pm , Sunday 8:30am - 11:00am).

Please bring up to date vaccination card (we will take a photocopy of this for our records). 

Should your cat require any special dietary requirements please bring this upon arrival - ensure there is enough to last for their stay.

You are welcome to bring along any items to help settle your cat into their new surroundings such as toys, beds etc, however Bromley View is not responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

Care

Bromley View do not board cats that are pregnant.

Animals are boarded the sole risk of their owners and whilst every care will be taken, Bromley view will not be liable for illness, loss, injury or the death of any animal in their charge.

 

Departure

Please arrive to collect your cat during opening hours (daily opening hours Monday - Saturday 8:30am - 11:00am ,14:00pm - 16:00pm, Sunday 8:30am - 11:00am).

Any extra fee's such as worm/flea treatment or veterinary charges must be payable upon collection.

No discounts are applied for early collections.​

Christmas and new year

No arrivals or departures will be accepted on Christmas eve, Christmas day and boxing day or news years eve and new years day.

On Christmas day and new years day prices will double. 

 

GDPR and Privacy

At Bromley View we take your privacy seriously.

Any personal information which is gathered via emails or submission of booking forms will be kept securely.

Bromley view will never share your data and we will never use your information for anything other than the purpose it was submitted.

Bromley view will retain booking forms for 3 years due to animal welfare regulations. After this period we will securely dispose of your data.
